Jing

Staff Members: I am very excited to introduce a new piece of technology called Jing. Jing is very simple and can easily be accessed and used. If you are a person who is ready for something new to try please see me.

Staff Members, we have a very busy week this week. Finals will begin with the high school classes but we will not be running any sort of lengthened schedule. Elementary will be attending the movies on Thursday and will try in get into the Ag. Lab this week to do a mini MAP test to check progress. Elementary will leave at 12 on Thursday so we will be flipping fifth period and homeroom before lunch in the high school to accomadate this trip. The high school will be leaving at 830 on Friday but will meet in homeroom first for attendance purpose. The high school will return at 1130 but will go to homerooms for movies, games, etc for the remainder of the day. I will be sending this as a email today as well.

Happy Holidays

I would like to wish all the staff a Happy Holidays. Remember to root for the Hawks on Jan. 5th they need the support. I will be traveling to Caly for the break, but can still be reached by cellphone.

Board Meeting

Dear Staff Members:

Reminder that the Grants will be due this Friday as the board meeting is next Monday. We have been working on finalizing the smartboard grant and we are working on a minigrant for IPOD touches to be checked out. We had the first drawings for PBS and now is the time to hand out more positive slips. I also think we need to have the announcer tell what they received the Right Knight For. Have a great day.

I am glad to see that you all have begun reading the blog. I will continue to update the blog with information about the school. I had a discussion with some of you about doing a PBS revisit day and I agree. We will also try and do some kind of kick the 2nd semester off with a bang. I will not be available for a Monday meeting because of a CTE meeting but encourage you to meet and discuss ideas and take minutes and we will join if time allows. Have a wonderful weekend and it is time to join the revolution.
